hunslet beat us 44 -0

impressive in defense won the game as we couldn't make any head way, we had patches of play that looked good but couldn't get over the line.

2 toughies on sunday morning for stanley 8s and 9s

8s away to hunslet parkside always a tough place to go

9s at home to drigg which again is always a big and powerful team.

stanley 8s put up a brave effort at hunslet , the 9s just scraped home past drigg

cas panthers u9s bounced back with a superb effort to beat a very physical stanningley 26-10.

our kids really stood up to be counted today despite getting plenty of rough stuff from the leeds side but they stuck to their guns and never let it bother them and stanningley ended up a well beaten team by the end.

Good result, they are very physical

We beat Drigh 28-26, and it was as close as the scoreline suggests. We were poor in defence, with the same player scoring four of their tries



But first time we have played with a SO for all game, so was pleased with the outcome.

We've just got our set of fixtures for the next 2 months.

Can anyone tell me if Milford Marins & Methley Warriors have under 8's teams, as we're due to play them in a few weeks along with Crigglestone AB who no longer have an under 8's team.

Not sure if any of the local teams get to play sides from Huddersfield, but if you ever get the chance to see Moldgreen U-13's you will see in my oponion the brightest young talent in rugby league. Worth going to see them if you have nothing on, on a Sunday morning. The lad is called Jarrod Simpson, Roger Simpsons lad, unbelievable talent and a joy to watch, the kid has it all.

and my eye sight is not that bad yet
