To top it all,he has now started publicly critisizing individual players and saying the players didnt stick to what they were supposed to be doing.
If the players arent doing what has been requested,it indicates one thing and one thing only - -- no confidence in the coach.


What more proof is required that hes lost the plot.

Griffin can go for me constantly gets drawn in by guy on his outside. G Moore had a broughy style go a Griffin was told to mark his winger and then got drawn in.. centre passes to winger.. and winger scores.

Either way... If players are leaving this club I suspect it my effect them in training etc.. but when you step on field of play imo it shouldnt make a difference.

Totally agree and TBH I think it has been evident for quite a while that this is the cae, its just that in some fans eyes (and I don't entirely blame them for this), he has been cut some slack because of his previous achievements and the goings on in the off season etc...

However, as I have said previously on another post, if it was someone else other than Kear who was in charge of the team at the moment , I think the criticism of what is going on would be far more widespread.

I agree to a certain extent Al, but if he knows the players hearts aren't in it cos theyre off at the end of the season then don't pick them. If this is having an impact now, what is going to happen if we are out come decision day? The remainder of the season could be disastrous

Sadly yes, more fool me.

The first 10 minutes confirmed to me that we do have the players to hurt sides, 12-0 up, 40-20's forcing Hull to concede penalty after penalty. The last 70 confirms we still have belief issues and game plan worries that Kear still hasn't got to grips with.

to be fair it was pretty dire, basically think we are getting found out for the squad we are, formed in dire circumstances, in short not good enough.

however on the up side, strangely we got 7.9k in.

Could it be that some players are leaving or have been told to leave cos the club are planning for next year,whatever league we are in.
Once again the vultures are circling but the club can afford to do this cos if we get the nod we can spend the full cap(I think)and replace them with better players and if we get the boot they are going to go anyway.

Problems is quite a lot had gone by half time and they were streaming out with about 15 mins to go. A lot of first timers will have come today to watch their kids but most will never return in the near future.
