The season tickets should be in different colour sleeves for adults/junior/concessions!

The information of season ticket holders should be available in the club shop to verify, all they have to do is ak a few security questions! After all thats where they took my money and details.

I do accept it was my fault that i took the wrong ticket, but after following trinity home and away for the last 30 years, buying a significant amount of merchandise and shares i would have expected a little loyalty shown to me! Is that too much too ask?

It was not possible to go home and get the ticket before the match started as i do not live on the doorstep of the ground!

I know what your saying about memory sticks but my point was it is a very cheap way of transfering the file from the so called office to the pc in the club shop that they copy all the match dvds on surely it can't be that hard to have a list of season ticket holders on that pc.

I think the general thoughts are that the club should have done more with regards to customer service and I too would be agrieved.

It's simple this was a mistake by the fan but it was a bigger mistake by the club in lost money being spent by the fan in the future.

Without wishing to hijack the thread, I had a similar problem at the SHuddersfield away game. As some of you may know they were doing a special deal for "the emergency services". The ad was offering tickets at £10 adults and £5 concessions, so I phoned them up and asked how many tickets I could legitimately purchase, and was initially told that it only applied to the emergency service member, however when I asked why they were advertising tickets for concessions too, the "youth" in question checked the ad, and then told me that there was nothing to say I couldn't purchase more than one ticket, so then agreed that I could purchase 4 adults and 2 kids tickets, and that there was no need to pre-order them and that I could collect them on match day.
I duly phoned my brother in Knaresboro' and told him that I was able to purchase 4 discounted tickets, so they then agreed to come down as they weren't initially going to bother due to the cost involved.
On match day I went to the ticket office, and asked to purchase the agreed 6 tickets, only to be told that I could only purchase 1.
I again pointed out to the young lady on the desk the advert, and mentioned my phone call the day before, at which point she went away to seek clarification. She duly returned and confirmed that I could only purchase 1 ticket. I then asked why the ad included concessions, only to be told that it could apply to someone who is 60. I asked her how many 60 year old firefighters/ambulance drivers/police officers she knew, but she couldn't answer. Suffice to say that my brother and his family had to fork out money which they could not really afford, having been promised discounted tickets.
I have e-mailed SHudds, but have basically been called a liar, as "my version of events differs from the office staff" and they have since refused to answer my valid query to explain the situation !!

Didn't know that one - just as well I didn't bank on one of those tickets from you myself then!

Shut up thats a disgrace what they did to him. 50% refund is pathetic just shows we have no bloody money.

Shame really given the size of our 'core' support. You would expect a full refund upon producing the season ticket.

Still better than a few years ago when someone forgot their ticket for the second or third game of the season went to the shop and rather than take down any details just gave him another full season ticket no questions asked!

), and there have been some interesting responses (albeit from fans rather than the club !!)

Just to add some fuel to your fire, I rang and ordered 2 of these tickets for me and my dh (we do both work for the emergency services) I paid in advance and collected on the day. I/we were not asked for any Id or our passes! if they do the offer again, make sure you buy them in advance to save this problem !

you can exchange it for an extra ticket at another game, never had problem in shop always been accomodating. Suppose im a hardcore fan tho so they know me.
