Stricter ground criteria starts next year and being in a new stadium for 2019 is highly unlikely even if things took a positive turn which right now looks a mile off.

The original would get my vote, along with everyone elses i'd have thought. BUT if there was no chance of the developer working with you and the only way was some form of amalgamation with the proviso that the deal worked in some way for the club then i'd be willing to support it. Ultimately its not about posturing or dick measuring, its about doing what it takes to get the damn thing built and get a future for our club. I guess we'll know where we stand in a months time.

Agree, it's about getting the stadium built on acceptable terms and securing the future of the club. No one on the this Trust gives a damn about credit or kudos. If Rodney's Trust feel the same way there is no problem but as of now it's not registered, he will not say who his Trustees are and we are not allowed to see the terms of the agreement.

I'd have nothing to do with criminals in suits....it's all very frustrating and disappointing for a team that is possibly going to finish in the top 5 in the country.

My brief experience of business and the planning world elsewhere in the country was a real eye opener as to how shady it really is and this is a classic example of it in my opinion.

I'm guessing the "devils in the detail" here, it won't be as clear cut as it looks, there's gonna be the call for one trust of their choice, and someone in this murky deal is gonna want "their" share of "our" pie.

What happens if the 2 trusts don't agree to work together or if one of them refuses to sign?

I'm not in the know at all, but I'm surmising that's what they're hoping for. Then again they're playing a dangerous game if so, where would they go next if all sides just turned round and said ok we'll all sign?

What motivates Cas fans to come on here and pump the negative angle of our project when they've far bigger question marks over there. Its fair call to say a primary motivation of these posters is to stir trouble albeit in a subtle way, if it isn't asking obvious questions which we are all aware of its to create hostility to RW in the vain hope he walks away.

Thought I had read last week that 'Rodneys new trust' hadn't been registered.

So Colin wants to deal with SRW - well of course he chuffing does, the guy allowed him to build NC, circumvent the crap 106 that he oversaw and completely avoid his responsibilities. He wants to repeat the whol exceecise again and we wouldn't allow that - so up pops SRW again to 'save' the day!

I'm not sure why or how anyone accepts his involvement in this process and will be letting others know of my opinion on this!
