Back on the stadium front I see MC has said on Twitter that he's been busy with meetings and hopefully some news before Christmas with both options getting looked into.

I've spent the best part of the last 2 days dealing with this and many hours last week. Things are definitely moving. Keep your fingers, toes and anything else you can think of crossed!

We have to consider the City Fields development which is planned to cover the East of the city with an initial 500 houses including a new road connecting Aberford Road to Doncaster Road. Which site would be best suited to try to capture these new supporters.
I believe they intend to have around 2700 new homes including the old power station site I believe.

Any news on York court doing.something or are we just going round in circles any announcements coming.up. Don't get the waiting game when they promised us a ground. I remember their words like yestetday "I can assure you sir we cannot build anything the ground is priority "

People don't just give out money - they need to see something in return for that money. Having had a flawed 106 agreement we have to play the waiting game until YC need something from us, then use whatever we can to try and make them provide fair recompense for our assistance in getting PP.

I've said before it was a shame Trinity couldn't get on board with that massive development. The commercial use is close to Belle Vue which would be an ideal position for a new stadium without moving away from the club's roots.
