Done very well since he got those injuries sorted out, as someone else has said he's put some right mass on this season, proper big unit. Must have been hitting those weights big time with Clogger.

was out of contract at the end of the year, would have liked to have seen him given a 2 year deal as he seems to have plently of potenial and still at the age to learn and have plenty to give.

Good news - I imagine the 1 year option was the players way of keeping his options open; if he continues to improve, he could well attract bigger offers for the 2014 season.

Frankie has been playing out of his skin for the last few games. Now he's injury free and getting game time i'm glad he's signed the new contract.

I'd have given him a 2 year deal but understand after the first half of the season it may be a one year deal because of the injuries???
