Andy Harland, the RFL’s National Development Manager, was on hand at the Keighley Cougars’ home Co-operative Championship One fixture against Workington Town on May 31 to present the Cougars with their Clubmark Gold award certificate.
The Cougars are the first Championship One club to achieve the award which shows that they have the appropriate environment, properly qualified people and policies in place to work with young people.
