Just got back from Raw. Thoroughly enjoyed it as my first live WWE event. Big pops for Barrett, Santino, Kozlov, Cena and Regal in the dark match before WWE Superstars. Loved the heat for Michael Cole too.

Have to say the Santino/Sheamus/Kozlov bit was probably one of the funniest bits WWE have done in a long time.

Sheamus certainly thought so. Couldn't keep himself from laighing.

Does anyone else get annoyed with the commentary when WWE come to the UK. Little bit of background info wouldn't go amiss. Really annoyed me when they were calling the football teams THE Manchester United and THE Manchester City. Not everything is Americanized.

Don't even get me started on the last time they were in time and didn't know Winwick is pronounced as Winick.

Dumb ass lazy yanks.

I just hate everything about yanks and the UK. They pronounce Nottingham, Birmingham etc NottingHAM and BirmingHAM. That last night was annoying as well, and why do they always think we talk posh? Barrett's accent for example. That is NOT a Manchester accent and as a Manc he should know better.

If Barrett put on a proper accent his career in the US would die overnight cos no-one would understand him. It's not like comedy stereotypes either.

Daphne on Frasier is the same. Comes from Manchester and talks posh. She as a Brit should know better. Really annoys me.

Great time at both tapings.



Highlights:

- Santino/Kozlov/Sheamus skit - Santino is so fantastic on the mic it's a shame (for him) that'll he'll only ever be a comedy character in WWE
- Crowd reaction for Regal
- The amount of Nexus t-shirts in the crowd both nights
- The Bella twins - God they're lovely!



(same goes for the underrated Natalya

)
- Wade Barrett been pushed as a true star in the making (though I do feel if he does win the belt it is too soon, but that's WWE's style these days)
- More good matches then bad

Low points:

- NXT - my mate had told me that this series is crap, God was he right!


- Neither night been a sell-out (last night's looked pretty bad - full top tier shut + gaps on bottom)

Overall though two superb nights, + big up to Mysterio & Edge for interacting with ringside fans for ages at the end, e.g. signing autographs, posing for photos etc, both guys a credit to the company IMO.

whereabouts were you sat for smackdown roofs, and did you see anyone with a 'toothless aggression' sign?

Was sat Block 115 Lower Tier - to the right of the aisle if you was stood in the ring facing the titontron/aisle (if that makes sense?



). Really good view, in fact in future I'm gonna go for lower tier rather then ground floor. On Monday I was ground floor but you miss quite a bit e.g. with people constantly standing up, waving signs/banners etc, but lower tier it's a perfect view + with no obstructions.

oh i was on the floor in exactly that circumstance over near 105, kept getting shoved out the way as they moved the swing camera round, think i've got on the box on NXT.

I was at the Student protest in London yesterday, best signs I saw were "Dumbledore wouldn't stand for this s**t" and "Down with this sort of thing"

Yeah that camera was a pain, personally was bit worried about getting hit by it.





Didn't see that sign but thought the guy at ringside with the 'Dodgy Dave Otunga' sign was funny (the guy slightly resembled him + was wearing a Nexus tee

). He was also wearing a Big Show bandana which Show acknowledged.



Hey tell you what still amazes me - the way the bootleg guys freely sell their gear outside with coppers standing by, i.e. it used to be an 'out of the way' thing buying a bootleg tee, but at both tapings they were waiting to greet you as you walked down the arena steps.



They've sure improved their gear too - the Cena t-shirts were exact copies of the real ones.

Sweet, didn't really hear about it until yesterday. When I got told 'a load of students have travelled down to London' I was expecting 500-1000, not 50,000!

Any experiences/stories you can share on here?

Actually she comes from East Grinstead in Sussex. The manc accent is put on.
