Can read players and play them in their best positions and knows how to get the most out of players (It was Bennett who put Tommy at 9)
Has the balls to deal with any situation, proven many times over.

If I was IL, I would be doing what I could to get him at our club.

No chance at all given his family circumstances and the fact he has a chance to prove himself in Sydney. He will never coach in the UK now.

5hyte under both but compare the calibre of players Nobles got at his disposal compared to what millward had...and were still as bad.

Noble has got a team on paper that is easy top 3 IMO yet he is making us look awful and down the bottom of the league

Yeah, being made out to be a lot worse than he is.

Personally I've been calling for a change of manager since last season, but somethings being said out him aren't true.

He's a hard working, honest coach. Unfortunately it isn't working but to say he's as bad as Millward just isn't true.

We brought Noble in to sort out Millwards sense... I can't believe that people are seriously suggesting otherwise
