Same here at half time I really did think with Catalans forwards being dominant as they are and our defence going missing in the last 5mins or so I thought the game was over how wrong was i !

And tbh even when Richards went over to make it 22-20 I still had the feeling we wouldnt win! But when Goulding went over for that try I nearly had a bloody heart attack



Cracking game tonight and a great display from us not to throw the towel in as we have seen so many times in the past.

as I said to my mate on the way back one of best games this season for us (for pure entertainment).

The bigger factor is the win keeps Catalans four points behind us rather than level pegging with us in the table.

Takes some pressure off ahead of games with Leeds and Saints to come.

I disagree like ive said on the saints board I hope Saints give them a right smacking tommorow night it might put their fans back into reality!.

Leeds result tonight is a help, we need Quins to carry on sliding as well.

We now have to aim for 5th and try and pick up on any scraps from KR or Hudds.

I thought Wigan was Warrington's big game

You know what it doesn't matter what they do. We win our games the league table will look after itself. If we are in with a sniff of top 4 come full time against Warrington in the league match middle of next month we'll have a great chance. But our fixtures are not easy in the next few weeks.

I think tonights result will go a long way of banishing the doubts of us not being able to win games when we are behind with 15 mins to go.. I think after the result @ Hull KR and tonights result... we are gaining the confidence to know that "on our day" we can beat anyone.. TBH... I fear no one... If we turn up on the day...

Well Noble has said he thought we would have lost that earlier in the season and I think he is right. Begs the question why the difference?

We need to make things more comfortable for ourselves though because we can't keep having to fight for wins like that or we will run out of steam given the injury situation.

ouch 3 tough games, hate to say it but i think you are going to win 2 of them games. i would say Bradford and Leeds

I'd be happy with two from those three. Unfortunatley I think we will run out of steam if we do as we did tonight and play both second rows for 80 mins for example.

Bradford is our best hope I think and if Saints are as crocked as we are there may be a chance there. I see Wakefield pushed Leeds all the way but I think they will be too strong for us.

I suppose we will have to wait and see... I would be happy beating saints and losing to leeds and bradford.. if not just to banish even more ghosts!!! I really thought tonight we missed lockers.. but that doesnt mean we can't win without him... it certainly makes for an interesting end to the season with the hopes of some silverwear...

I think there's a good chance you will win 2 of those 3. That could easily include us unless we shape ourselves a bit

Yeah I'd go along with the general consensus that we'll win 2 out of 3, probably Bradford and Saints because there not the same team without Cunningham.

Catalamn were poor and we were little better.

I'm going to disagree.
Their discipline was poor but they played some good rugby.
IMO they are the most physical side we have played this year, and we did well to hold them out.

It beggars belief when you see the effort, and togetherness of the team last night to explain some of the losses this season.

i know, i actually dislike wire more than saints at the moment. strange feeling. got my wembley tickets and if its a saints/wire final haven't a clue who im gonna shout for. think ill just get w ankered and pass out in my seat.

Surely you don't think people shouldn't be doing that? We've won a couple of games recently but, as you yourself say, we're still a very poor team.

I think we've got past the stage where it matter what the fans are saying. Unless we win the CC and the GF, I think he'll be gone by next season.
