I'm not the one making ridiculous connections between what some "fans" have said on the internet and the choices a professional sportsman is making. Do you not think the rumoured £400k a year may have more to do with it? The fact that our sport doesn't have a high national profile and is looked down upon by others, with a poor national team and a governing body with no ambition for the sport? No you're right, it's those nasty Wigan fans that have scared him off.

I wouldn't blame him if he left to be honest, it's mainly due to the inept RFL.

Mean well but poorly executed, the England v Aus game at Wembley will be embarrasing in regards to the attendance.

In the Challenge Cup final there was a fantastic advert for it but that was the last time I saw it and won't see it again until the day before the game. Haven't seen anything else about it since either. They need to give away loads of tickets to schools and RL teams in London to boost attendance by 5000 to 10,000, give tickets to amatuer clubs at a discount prices and give a percentage of tickets to each Superleague and NL club to sell, give away etc. Give tickets as prizes to radio stations, TV shows and the like. We aint going to get 90,000 people paying to get in so we might aswell give a boat load away and have a decent attendance.
