It's a good job these things aren't decided on opinion then because there's no way of knowing Ben Flower's true intent. I have a feeling that like every opposition fan in the country, you are judging Flower's every move with the Hohaia incident in mind. It was dangerous and wreckless but to say he intentionally went to hurt Patton is silly when you have no evidence that he did.

With the injuries we have at prop, and his pick up in form, for me Flower is a dead cert should we get there.

Apparently he didn't plead guilty and we're appealling the category tonight. Really struggling to see the point and doubt it will be successful - even if we do run the RFL.

Wigan need to be careful not to put gentle Ben through too much, this can't be helping with the anxiety he's feeling about the prospect of getting a ban for elbowing a player high and late (if you read the disciplinary notes). Bless him.
