Said to my mate yesterday, whoever wins the game will claim that song for the season. If they'd have won that North Stand would'be been bouncing to it. As it was we nicked it at the death and then the it got played on the PA at the end. We sing it louder and better anyway. They sing it too fast and all giddy like the the scouse Luis Suarez version

Its a great song and creates a superb atmosphere when theres a lot singing it (just look at celtics success with it)

I was referring to the success they've acheived building a quality atmosphere with that song.
I was not implying that due to a chant, celtic have had a successful season on the pitch.

If saints want to sing it, then let them. I know we copied it, but we were the first to sing it in RL. Im now sick of the chant any way because too many teams are singing it and it will be pretty much all we hear this season.

I was quite happily bobbling along to it on Friday post match if im honest but i believe it may be becoming a bit of a Jinx at septic park and it's on the wane as far as singing it goes in that cesspit

Were Wigan just singing it at the end, when prompted by the PA system playing it? The first chant from Wigan came around the 47 minute mark IIRC. I found this strange as most of the games this season you've been very vocal.
