Some info for the locals........

Wigan St Pats are having a charity festival tomorrow (Saturday 13th) in remembrance of two fallen local Royal Marines, Liam Elms & Steven Darbyshire.

There are 4 junior games 8's 9's 10's & 14s with the first two game KO at 9:45 with the main event of Wigan St Pats select team v Royal Marines KO @ 12:00 followed by Wigan St Pats 1st team v Wath Brow @2:30

There are lots of non-rugby things going on as well, tug o war competitions, sumo wrestling competitions bouncy castles, Royal Marines & GM Fire service displays, silcocks fairground rides, Warriors players attending....... oh yes beer(& food) as well, both in the club and a separate beer tent.

There is a £3 voluntary donation on the gate with all proceeds from the event being donated to the Royal Marines charity which provides care & support for Marines & their families who are killed or injured during their service.

A worthy cause deserving of local support so come on down if you are free, rugby, beer good weather what more do you want?
