Our pack next week should be the same as Friday's game:

Cusack, Houghton, Dowes, Manu, Tickle, Fitzgibbon - with a bench of Berrigan, Lauaki, Moa, Radford.

Possibly Houghton and Berrigan will swap over. Berrigan and Lauaki were making returns after a few weeks out. O'Meley is definitely out which is a blow as he's been superb this season.

Shame to read about your injuries, hope they are back soon.

if we are light on forwards for our next match i would guess adam walker may get a run out, but it also calls for a massive effort from griffin, mason and patrick who in my opinion has really proved himself this season!!

Biggest pack in SL? Don't believe the hype mate. Our pack isn't that big, Leeds dwarfed us last month. Radford and Dowes are small for props. I'd swap any of out front row (barring Shrek) for Griffin, class prop.

Maybe not the biggest but one of them, think you have forgot Moa, our backrow of Tickle, Manu, Fitz and Lauaki isnt small eiter.

Pack playing very, very well at the moment.

Not ure about Griffin, bit too inconistant for me, would take Crabtree and mason before him

Strong.

We've had injuries like this all season, only we haven't made a fuss about it.

Walker could come in then if Raleigh is not fit to play.

Says in t'examiner today that he has to undergo a compulsory head test. Also Fa'alogo out for 2 months, Eorl 4 weeks and Raleigh 6 weeks, Whatuira and Aspinwall out indefinately.

We will miss Eorl, although he has not kicked on from last year. Frog is a loss but not so much, he,s only played in 7 games this year, and come off injured in 2, maybe he should go home, get his op, rehab, and come back for a fresh start
next year, or not.
l,m getting fed up with these Aussies, pension packers, and sick notes, ok a hamstring injury is an occupational hazard, but we have not had the best of deals from our imports over the last few years.

i think we need three forwards on the bench to cope with the size of hulls interchange players and having griffin their gives a bit more impact. that would mean no place for grix or drew.

is there no front rowers we could get on a sort term contract or on loan? i do think we need to be going into games like this week with more then 1 reconised front rower on the bench.

Adam Walker is a good prospect and deserves another run out - he wasn't to blame at Salford.

Walker looked ok at Salford but he is not the biggest and with the size of the Hull pack could struggle.
I don't see how we can obtain a decent prop on loan at such short notice especially as we are up to salary cap which is why we sent Kirmond to Wakefield.
