It's all OK his family is safe. I am sure the fact that his house has burned down will have no effect on him.

I would and i would not criticise him if he did. he should be with his family now. they will have lost ALL of their personal possessions. A really significant life stressor.

I have had an email from a poster who has explained that NB is having a difficult time personally with stuff that is known and some that is private.

Whilst i would not want to lock the thread some sensitivity would be appreciated.

If this is true, no matter what is going on at the club, if I were him I also would catch the first flight home.

IMO the club should offer to let him have two or three weeks back in Australia with his family and Baloo can take charge.
