Several clubs were keen to sign him.

Griff complements what we have in prop terms and is, IMO, a key part of it.

Mason: Incessant, tough, great all rounder and our hungriest prop for work.

Crabtree: X-Factor, offloads, pulls in defenders to stop him.

Griff: Mongrel, big hitter, hard runner.

Jacko: Mr consistency, great all rounder. No real weakness but no shining attributes either.

Korky: Decent back up but probably off to Wakey(?)


It seems like Jacko will be off, possibly/probably Korki too. I'm not sure Scully has proved he's the answer as yet.

Ace news - well done Griff for knuckling down and getting on with it and well done to Nathan too for sticking at him and not giving up trying with Griff.
