| Once again absolutely immense, he is our gamebraker this season. He has always been one of my favourites but he has never responded to a coach like he has done for NB. He must be a shoe in for England at the end of the season. My worry would be retaining him after his testemonial year, with him being so vastly improved other clubs are bound to be sitting up and taking note! If I were NB I would be asking uncle Ken to throw enough money at him to persuade him to stay!

| i think nathan brown really has got the best out of eorl this year, when sharp was coach crabtree seemed to lack a bit of direction ( this is not a dig at JS just an observation) and i think sharp tried using him as a ball handler type forward,he never really used his strength to good effect whereas now he is used as a big powerful pacy battering ram and we are seeing a different player and the class we all knew he had is now there for the rest to see

| He is now in his prime and it really shows. He is awesome. Did you see how many Warrington players were left on the ground after his charge to the line near the end of the game?

| Superb performance in front of the England coach today. Carvell was, for me, Wire's best and he outshone him easily.
We played very well. Thought Smith was gash BTW.

| I was just prying not once but twice that Big Eorl would get a score, that ankle tap just stopped him short, he was again immense.

Not with Smith as ref, surely a penalty to Wire!

| When I saw the team sheet I was a little worried as our back three in the pack looked a little light. Faiumu isn't the biggest for 13 and Aspinwall, though a good build, doesn't look a block busting second rower. All the same, he ran hard and didn't let anyone down. None of the forwards did, and whilst Eorl must be congratulated for a top performance, his fellow props all put strong shifts in too.
A strong performance from the team today. Our kicking game seems to have improved (we seem less inclined to kick it down the winger's/ fullback's throat now) and we are passing the ball with confidence. Coupled with the determination we're showing there are plenty of reasons to be positive.

unfortunately every time Smith comments on player now that is what people will say.
However it will probably be true. the sooner we get a new international coach the better otherwise he will be tapping everyone up.

| I think Eorl has got to be the best prop forward in the land at the moment.
wonder what his offloads from carries ratio is ?
Wire just couldnt handle him yesterday, what a performance

Spot on, our kicking game was superb, almost always splitting the wing and fullback and making them run it from their own line
I'll say this though, Carney has still got what it takes...

| IMO Crabtree is one of the best forwards in the league this season and is genuinely unplayable if he is on top form. He does change the game and is a real impact player with all the skills needed in the game.
Also a nice bloke to boot, once saw him in the Freeport in Castleford and noticing my rugby shirt he made the effort to say hello and have a chat!

| And (some) fans from other clubs still don't rate him! Leeds idiot sat behind me when we played them at Galpharm "I don't know why they get excited when he comes on, they only like him cos he's got long hair". Mind you he was coming out with all sorts of e until I told him to wind his neck in. Typical Leeds really.
