That's a strong line up. Interesting idea with Bailey into halves, shifting Robinson to 9 to spell Lunt. Maybe too disruptive to structures and make up of the pivots during game?

Swapping wood and Robinson position wise would also be an option.

But could understand PA reverting to brough/Robinson and Lunt/wood combos.

Either way, I think if we can hit our straps we have enough to beat wire. Regarding centres, I'd definitely go with Connor. We need ferres in the pack.

Robbo is happy to play either 7 or 9 he's said he enjoys playing both positions- but he doesn't like playing both in a game as he feels he has to concentrate too much on what position he's playing when he's swapped. Before the start of the season he said to me he hates friendlies because there's so much swapping and changing he doesn't know where he's playing.

at the game now and what was predictable was Child is Bent 1 way. Giving wire the game and they are shocking. RFL a biased joke

All the refs fault . Predictability at it's best. I listened to the game.How many times did child drop the ball

I suppose every team is raising their game because they just want to beat last year's 'true champions'......

We were absolutely awful. We have a prop who runs 4 yards and stops before the defence even hits him. We have a half back who thinks an acceptable kicking option is to kick it dead 35 metres from the Warrington line. Another half back who seemed hell bent on crippling our pack with the worst array of hospital passes you will see.

Most of all though we have a team that doesn't seem to want to do the hard work. We seem to want to score 70-80 metre tries. Rather than get to the end of our sets and put pressure on the opposition in their half. The frustrating thing was Warrington weren't great. Their last tackle options were really poor but we simply put them under no pressure whatsoever. Then they started pushing their noses through the line and we gave penalties away but you can't play for 40 minutes without the ball and not get punished. Once they realised that instead of kicking to Joel Monaghan on the last tackle all the time all they had to do was run straight at our defence and someone would obligingly miss a tackle they had a field day. When I say Warrington weren't great credit to Matty Russell and Ben Westwood who had storming games.

You're right the ref had no affect on that game whatsoever. Too many of our players seem to be a bit in love with themselves at the moment.

Biggest disappointment is we don't have centres for next week. Ferres wasted there. Baloo should have played Connor and at least he'd be more ready for next week. Hope it's not too bad but leroy looked in a lot of pain

We crumble in the face of adversity. We need a Sinfield or an O'Loughlin to lead us. Our props today just weren't up to it. Crabtree MoM? Come on. He himself surely would disagree with that. Jerry for me.

Awful truly awful, why have we decided to have 3 on the bench, that's 2-3 games now a youngster has been put on the bench and not used, really what is the point????

I always look on the forum but never post but now I've decided to join in the fun.

1st point I would like to make as to why we lost today is Mr Andersons substitution tactics. Why bother putting Johnson the bench if he isn't going to play him? This was never going to be a game that we ran away with and then throw a youngster on. If he isn't good enough don't put him there. It's not fair to him or the rest of the team who have to play extra minutes when there's no need. This seems to be a tactic Anderson likes this season but quite frankly it's shocking.

2nd point, I believe Anderson is unable to come up with an effective game plan and if his orginial one doesn't work there's certainly no plan B! I thought this might be the case with a coach who used to be a prop but thought at least he'll make them aggressive.. I wish! They have no aggression or fight what so ever!

3rd point, I think players look unfit. This may have something to do with point 1 but how many times this season have we thrown away points towards the end of a game?

There's more but the more I think about it the more wound up I'm getting lol thoughts?

Terrible 2nd half performance! I have just managed to straighten my neck after looking one way for 40 minutes!!
Too many forwards not working hard enough, and how many drop balls!!!
If we play like that next week I dread to think what the score will be.
Warrington were there for the taking, and yet again we failed against the poorest Warrington side I have seen for ages!

Perhaps these are tactics that former Bulls' props have had bred into them?

Probably a good thing because after getting knocked out of the challenge cup we can concentrate on our relegation battle in the league because on our form that's the only battle we are going to be involved in this year.
Can't make my mind up if they are just a lazy bunch at the moment or really really unfit?? That was the most pathetic second half performance I've seen since....erm.....erm.. ever!!

OK first half,..... shambolic 2nd half ! if you cant complete sets you dont win, simple, that was out downfall.

16 men used yet again, may aswell not name 4 players on the bench sometimes.

also kaufusi played well in his first stint, some good runs and offloads, also taai looked alot better in the second row... again all first half because the 2nd half was a waste of time, failed to build pressure/territory... cant complete sets
