Ikahihifo is the same as the rest of them, out of confidence, out of shape and almost out of super league.
Most of them are looking like poor players at the moment, the team is awful so naturally most of the individuals in that team are struggling.

i stood behind the posts last week when Leigh were waiting to receive a kick off, and some of their lads, Weston, Hansen, Brown all looked toned and lean, but some of our lot were looking extremely flabby by comparison.
However Mr. Stone assured us he is working on this "problem".

Sorry but he's been here long enough to have been able to make a start on fitness but nothing seems to have changed. Don't know if that clown who came from U16 football level fitness is still at the club or not but he should have been sent packing on day 1 and somebody who knew what they were doing brought in.
It doesn't take much to sort out at least the nutrition/diet of the players.

Actually yes I am for real. Believe me, I do know a little bit about fitness levels, nutrition diet etc therefore in a 6 week period there could have been things put in place to improve these issues. Also, believe me, these have not been addressed as of yet and nothing has changed.

Absolutely not no.
My area of Conditioning is in a totally different sport, just like the Giants conditioner. Why would I say it's totally inappropriate to have someone who specialises in conditioning people in a different sport, then look to do the job myself? I know absolutely nothing about conditioning a Rugby League player and therefore would not be able to set their diet/nutrition as I do not know what training they are required to do during a day, know nothing about percentage wise their Aerobic and Anaerobic exercise therefore could not do the job. What they need is a conditioner who can cover all areas in order to put everything together.
But still at the end of the day I can see if someone is fit and conditioned for their activity.
