Evans.
He played for Halifax at weekend (presumably on DC/loan), he is far too good for the championship and would help resolve our full back problems in the short term.

We don't have a Full Back problem really .....

We have a centre problem, as in Tonga injured & inadequate cover.

Mitch Brown is our FB & he's done very well, G Mac is on his way back to fitness & Ben could do a stint there if required.

Having said that, imagine if we had got Zac Hardaker !!!! Should have broken the bank for him.

I believe this is W.Tonga's last season, certainly at Leigh & possibly in RL, can't afford the curse of injury he has, he might be quality but how often is he on the pitch ?

Should we survive SL *& I believe we can* then I would like to see the following changes ....

Foster (doesn't seem to be in the plans)
G Mac *possibly* (hasn't got the defensive skills necessary for SL)

4x forwards (younger, faster & harder than Vea, Green & Ticks)

Tui Lolohea doesn't seem to be in Steven Kearneys plan at New Zealand Warriors, in fact he was sat next to me in the stands for the 2nd half of the game against the Titans, Plays Centre, Wing, Stand Off and Full Back (not his best position). A lot of potential but lacking a bit of form at the moment seems to be low on confidence.

Played on the wing for us no real running chances steady in defence nice to see another HX lad playing for his Hometown Club

There is clearly a problem - our best performances were when we played Mitch Brown at full back. He was comfortable under the high ball, he ran the ball back hard and fast making lots of metres and his one on one tackling was excellent.
Hampshire tries hard but is reluctant to run the ball in and often passes it to someone else meaning we get tackled nearer our own line. I started this thread before McNally had become available for selection, that said apart from his try on Friday he did not have the best of games.
Salford obviously do not need him at the minute, he would do a very good job for us.
