Nothing to do with it, Sheffield and Fev both played with an u18's last year in the full programme, we didn't, we played in the 'short' season.

Under the current rules four Championship clubs could apply for a licensce in 2015' if of course the Non relegation clubs vote to change this silly system then we might see a return to P & R which would mean that next season's Championship Grand Final winner might get automatic promotion.

I cant believe you engaged the tool, Sheffield just raid the cast offs to get a team out, they can't produce their own so I am at a loss to understand what they could bring to the comp?

Our away attendees outnumber the seagulls away attendees by 50 times Frank, and as for the spirit of the season I have had to cancel the whole of christmas due to family illnesses along with being made redundant after 19 years with the company 2 weeks before christmas. This could be a bigger bah humbug than starbugs

Last year had an U18 mini league consisting of Leigh, Halifax, York, Oldham, Hunslet and Keighley which they're changing into an U20 league next year to be a step below the SL U19s. Apparently will have 12 games but to me it's silly to have it at a different age to SL. Guessing Scorpions might switch to the Championship U20 if they're not in the SL one?

When I was young enough to play RL, it was always good fun winding up a Yorkshire pack with a few well chosen phrases - painful though!!

Actually gets worse. In the U20 league you can run 2 over 20s most weeks but games between Halifax, Keighley, Featherstone and Leigh will be U23 instead. Bizarre
