| These home games seem to be coming up very quickly!
CEO ALLAN ROWLEY welcomes Barrow, and questions whether we should be playing twice, over Easter weekend.
In the Visitors’ page DAVE PARKINSON analyses Barrow’s season so far, and ALAN EDGE casts his eye on Barrow’s new coach, and what they have to do, to mount another SL bid, in three years’ time.
ROBBIE HUNTER-PAUL looks at rep. rugby for Championship players, and envisages a gala weekend at LSV.
IAN MILLWARD reflects on the Halifax game and outlines his respect for Barrow.
DAVE PARKINSON reports on the Halifax game and the second demolition of Widnes. He also presents his ‘Facts ‘N Stats’ update.
JAMES GORDON voices his alarm at what the early announcement of Widnes’ SL licence is doing to the team and the Championship competition.
Unfortunately, there is no contribution from TONY WILLIAMS this week.
GARETH WALKER, from ‘League Express’ weighs up potential contenders for the next round of franchises, in three years’ time.
There are excellent action photos of the last Widnes game from PHIL CHARNOCK (deputising for Maurice Jones) and WAYNE KEEGAN. This time, we feature more than two pages of photos.
ALAN EDGE has news on Castleford’s new stadium and comments on John Kear’s views on who shouldn’t replace Widnes in the Championship!
All this, plus the usual squad information, LISA news, the Safety Bulletin and information from the Club’s Lottery, Commercial, and Community departments, for just £2.50.

| It's far too much to expect part time players to have two games over a four day period, the RFL will say it's tradition .........hang on though isn't promotion and relegation also tradition

| Alan, normally I wouldn’t dare to to offer suggestions to improve the best programme in 'The Championship', but todays experience meant that I feel that I can offer a couple.
Today we were sitting in the West Stand, lower than normal, and during the first half those pesky sun rays were causing me a problem. To the rescue, The Centurion an excellent sun shade from the eyes, my first suggestion is an extendable peak attached to the programme to extend the effective range of the programme.
Off to the Park Inn were the merest wave of The Centurion brought immediate attention from the Park Inn staff, although an extendable handle to raise it above the Leigh staff would make a great addition.
Next, to the Leigh Miners where two coach loads of Barrow spectators had taken over the place (well done to those speckys, great income for the Miners), again the mere wave of 'The Centurion' brought preferential treatment at the packed bar.
Well done to 'The Centurion' staff and everyone should buy it as it has more uses that just a great read.!

Can honestly say that we hadn't thought of your suggestions. I guess we editorial just don't think laterally - or any other way, for that matter! I couldn't believe that we wuld have the sun in our eyes in the West Stand - they should have built it on another side of the ground to avoid that, with breakfast time kick offs!
