Leigh council do their best but you just can't get any Leyther to support pubs in the town centre.

Most of us Leythers do a 10k run before the game then have a shower and a Riveta then go to the game.

It is exhausting work but we never say anything.

Hardly anyone drinks beer in Leigh and two days a week we go picking mushrooms.

Most of us have allotments and grow our own potatoes.

There is nothing more satisfying to a Leyther than to produce a big carrot for the Mrs.

today just reinforced what i have always thought about you lancs, cant/dont drink beer, pathetic supporters in general. In all my 37 years of watching Rovers in big games we have always owned a lanc team be it Widnes and Warrington or even Salford in the 70s to the pathetic leythers of today. RUBBISH

Well funnily enough Steve owd cock, I got a similar call from the man himself approx 4.30 yesterday!
After being "kidnapped" by the stag do with the intention of being taken to Wigan for a night of debauch reverie, the "big drinking short fat round gob sheeeite" managed to escape. After asking if I would be so good that when I got back to fev on the bus I could just nip in my car, hop back over the 62 to pick him up????
The option was.... facilitate the request OR go home to Mrs Rotherham Fev Fan who was doing me cooked Sirloin n chips with 2 exceptional bottles of bordeau........

SO.... he made his way to Appleton, then to Salford, then to Manc, Then to Leeds, then to Cas where a rather irked Mrs Ging dong picked him up to take him back home to Kellington!

Needless to say... she suggested that he was indeed a "bell end"!!!!

Those lads were on a stag do. They had great fun and put a lot of dosh in leigh's direction without an ap'eth o' trouble.

Leyther I think you are being a bit harsh on the Fev Stag do lads , they didn't cause any trouble , were having a good laugh , ive been on many worse Stag dos in the past , and I like Fev fans they are veryfriendly , I always have a good laugh with Roth FF, and Sidnee,and I thought the lads in the Pink dressing gowns looked good , Salfordlad was trying to get a Pink Dressing gown today .

They did no harm, we've been away games in fancy dress before, so it's no problem at all.

1 idiot doesn't mean that Fev fans are all b*** ends......after the NRC game quite a few shook my hand and wished us the best of luck for the rest of the comp and said the best team won and were very complimentary of the Leigh team.
