For me the obvious other benefit is very close to what Whizz is saying. A Leigh kid goes to the game, tastes the atmosphere in a full LSV, thinks "one day I'm gonna play here". He's a Leyther, who is he going to dream of playing for. Where are his parents going to encourage him to play right now. Leigh East, Miners, Golborne etc. not Wigan Pats that's for sure. For me this helps Leigh Rugby and the LSV, and the local business and the local Rugby clubs Win, win, win, win ........

We'd better not fulfil our dream of getting to SL. Home games against Wigan, Saints, Warrington, Widnes and even Salford will have to be switched well away from Leigh, in case the youngsters of the town are influenced by what they see from our opponents.

From being 18 yrs old onwards I had free entry to Central Park for any game. Guess behind who's sticks I stood behind week in, week out, paying for the pleasure. We need loyal future supporters. The semi will not cause us to lose one potential "loyal" fan.

Is there any point having neutral venues in the CC anymore as this one is a bit of a farce.
Its obviously being done purely from a financial point of view so if we're going down that road why not just say the club drawn first plays at home.

No need to open more than 2 stands judging on the attendances for the 1/4 finals.

Pies are not big on shelling out for non ST fixtures at home (as witnessed by the crowds for tonight,and when we played 'em!!), never mind away!! And if that is the price for the West Stand then they'll stay away in droves!!.....maybe the RFL have added 'London Weighting' to the ticket prices!!



With The Bronquins sending their usual 3 men & a dog, they'll be lucky to get 6k turning up!!

They couldn't sell the HJ out for the world's only derby (apparently) for the semi, so wouldn't get your hopes up! Great national exposure for the LSV however.
