This would be great for the Town , the club , and for the LSV as a Stadium , in recognition of the Facilities we have at the LSV ,and what we can offer the RFL ,I hope Leythers also attend the Game ,Charlie will be there cheering on ?

I'll be there. For people who can see past the shirt if Wigan get through it will be the last chance to see Sam Tomkins and Pat Richards play at LSV, and with Jamie Soward ripping it up for the Broncos too it will be a good game for the purist.

Still a London fan for the day in my Leigh top.

There you go. Wigan playing on the road at the WSV. It may be a semi-final, but how many Leigh youngsters will it attract to support Wiggin instead of Leigh. It won't be long before Wiggin are playing a couple of SL games at the WSV.

This has nothing to do with Leigh. It's an RFL decision.

I haven't mentioned who is responsible for the decision. I am just saying that any Leigh youngster watching Wiggin playing in a CC semi may be tempted to start supporting them instead of Leigh. I would rather this semi was played at a different ground.

A little 8 year old Leigh boy watches Wiggin win the semi and asks his Mum and Dad to take him to the CC final. Wiggin have another Leigh supporter for life.

how anyone can have a go at one of the best Junior coaches I have known, you really need your head examining especially for that last crack about the youth Just press the ignore button Keith he really isn't worth it.

The money going into Park Inn, The Whistling Wren, LSV, shops, etc.. does not help Leigh one bit. The fact that several youngsters may start supporting Wiggin definitely does hurt Leigh in lots of ways. I ain't bothered who has a go at me - I am bothered about the long term prospects for Leigh not the Whistling Wren or Park Inn.

Not OTT at all Keith, you are correct, the more big events, or small ones for that matter, the better for the town, just a pity it involves our biggest local rivals for support

Please explain because, as most on here, you appear to put your own interpretation to my posts. I haven't had a crack at any junior coach and I haven't had a crack at any youth set up. Please enlighten me because I just see that young Leigh supporters may want to start supporting Wiggin if they get to the CC Final, especially with the SF being played at Leigh.

These businesses are too stretched in these times of austerity to be sponsoring anyone. Any youngster watching Wiggin at Leigh may possibly go over to the enemy. There are enough adults who have already done that. You see them around Leigh with their Wiggin shirts all of the time. I've done my 50 years and I've seen some great players and watched some great games. Maybe that's the reason why I'm sick of watching mediocre, waiting for that large investment to get us back into SL.

Wigan should be banned from playing at the LSV because young Leyther born kids might switch their support from us to them ?

For goodness sake how do these kids cope when they see Man u or City or any other top footie side on TV or watch Oz thrashing England at RL ?

They should only be allowed to watch their home town club at the LSV
