Nope, would be disappointed if that's the case as he's been very good this season but is out of contract I think. From his point of view he would be a regular in their side next year and probably wouldn't be in ours.

I wouldn't be that surprised.... he has proved he can play at SL level... and now he finds himself back down the pecking order and playing at Leigh again.

he is at the age now where he will want to be playing first team SL rugby week in week out.... he wont get that at Warrington.

He is a realistic signing, no way are they going to be pleased about this.

I'd be quite happy with that. Decent signing in my opinion. Seems to have done a very good job in both the Championship and SL.

To be fair, I was referring mainly to the TIW forum who half expected widnes to recruit Wayne Bennett as their coach for 2012.

Oh, and Blythe would be a fantastic signing for widnes. He's probably better than every player in your current squad.
