I don't think it was malicious really...But i think it was worth a yellow card because of how late it was...
If you hit a kicker late its an automatic sin bin..I don't see why it should be any different when you hit a player late who has just passed the ball..

I think it deserved a Yellow Card tbh, even if Robinson had kept a hold of the ball O'Loughlin would have still hit him like that so it'd have been a high tackle, to me it looked like he saw the ball was going and decided to put him on his anyway a-la Wilkin.

He's basically said Robinson cant look after himself.. Look at Burrows against Hull the other week although he threw a few air punches at Lauaki at least he was still having a go, and Riley was the same last week.

Taking another look at it, i think he could of got a yellow card and maybe should have done. It deffinately doesnt deserve a ban though.

I think the video review panel will look at the challenge and act on it and hand out a 1 or 2 match ban ! Brown will get cited for his comments and get a fine and retract his comments IMO !

Can the video review panel just look at it if it hasnt been reported or cited??? Compared to what some players have been getting away with its not a ban.

The late shot was terrible by O'loughin. Robinson didn't even have the ball and it was in his face which obviously is above the neck which should have warrant in a yellow card (bordering a red) and definatley put on report.

If he smacked in to Robinson,when Robinson had the ball.Every one would be saying what a great hit.For me the momentum made him follow through on Robinson.I dont think any harm was intended.

Rubbish if you watch it O'loughin was miles away and came direct to Robinson making sure he didn't miss. I'm 99% certain if it was Crabtree with ball in hand he'd of stopped himself.

I'm aware of his past misdiscretions, but the fact that he is an absolute nutcase doesn't take away from the fact that Fa'alogo is one of Super League's hardmen.

I know Morley is a Salford hard knock, but there are other players in Super League who could take him, such as the aforementioned 17 stone mad Samoan, and the likes of Fitzgibbon and Eamonn O'Caroll.

Your right elbows in tackles are not acceptable but if they pulled all of them the likes of fielden whom leads into every tackle with his elbow would be banned every week , O'Laughlins was a late tackle and around the head that is why he should be banned ! What i was actually talking about regards Mason using the elbow, was when he was tackled to ground he deliberatly hit out at one of our guys, but you seem to think thats fine. Theincident was badly dealt with and should have gone on report at the very least, however Nathan Brown's comments are stupid (and Mason is daft enough to do something). We'll be hearing quite a bit more of the incident as the week goes on.
