there was a female linesman at the Wizards game yesterday and she did a good job. Even ran accross to the ref at one point and to correct him when he was about to award a scrum to the army team even though they knocked on 1st.

Nothing wrong with women in sport. In fact I regularly watch womens tennis, beach volleyball and, when we're not playing, the netball team at uni!

If a woman shouts "MOVE!" then I think they will move quickly.

I say give women a chance, anything that can help improve standards of refereeing.

I think the Ayatollah Khomeni in Iran has got the right idea.

Think of all the male rugby fans that will be locked out on Saturday, forced to watch their beloved Wire on the TV, and its all down to tickets being bought by a few thousand women who only go to ogle the players.
