Livett for Aso-Tasi this time surely.

Livett didn`t play last weekend for Rochdale, so you could be right.

Yes, it could be, but he has not had a competitive game for 3 weeks now.

Then there is Danny Walker. Will Price play him to rest Clark ? We can be pretty sure that Hull will push down the field to get to our 10m line, then use their big men to run at our smaller players.

My guess is that Price will leave out Lineham and Livett, but I would prefer to see Walker stand out this game and come back next week against London.

Harvey is an ideal bench player and he covers for injuries during the game for many options including centre, halfback, backrow, and I guess could play hooker if necessary to give Clark a rest.

Against Hull he would be my preference and I agree Charlie, play Walker versus London, if necessary the the full game instead of Clark.

The Lama Tasi selection mystery goes on. It is certainly a baffling element of the game plan that has gone over most peoples heads

Prefer Joe Philbin on the bench & if Lama Tasi has to play, it should be from the start & not as an impact player.

Tasi started against Catalans in that dire opening 20 minutes when we went 15-0 down.

Can't argue with any of that, an in form Livett looks a million miles better than Tasi. I can't really understand what Price believes he can get out of him, yes he is tall, but doesn't seem to have much impact in the tackle. He looks as though he could shift if he wanted to, but we have never seen him making a decent break at speed. Its all a bit baffling really.

We also got better when Philbin came on as an impact player.

I wonder if he might be tempted to start J Clark and bring Philbin on for impact?
I’m also wondering what on earth Sita is(‘nt) doing in training if Tasi is preferred to him?

I don’t see Tasi’s selection as all that baffling. Price has a system of wanting 3 ‘props’ on the field at any one time. That means three starting and at least two on the bench. His first choice five are Hill, Cooper, Westwood, Clark & Philbin. After that we have Tasi, Sita & Moran.

Tasi is just the next cab off the rank in that position, Price clearly doesn’t rate Sita, or doesn’t trust him to be able to play anything like the minutes he now needs to play now we have reduced interchanges.

I like Livett, promising player, but he isn’t a prop.

I agree with what others have said, Livett is a good bench player for us if we pick up an injury as he can cover centre, half back or back row.

Walker & Lineham to miss out for me.

I hope SP gives Daryl a day off against London & plays Danny Walker for the full 80. With regards to Hull, I think Harvey Livett should play a roll off the bench & I'd leave Lineham & Tasi out.

I think we should show London a lot more respect than that, they've been far better than anyone expected them to be. Clark starts IF we get a good lead he comes off and walker gets his minutes. Walker needs to play but we need the points and I don't think London is a gimme.

Completely agree, he comes on for what seems like 10 mins a game and then just disappears as you just don't notice him at all. If that's how little game time he wants to play him why not put Akuoala on and let him Skittle players up and down the field for 10 mins. I Genuinely don't get what he brings to the Squad, Luis Johnson in 1 game against Wigan last year did 10 times the amount that Tasi has done this season. I just don't get it?

I agreee Tasi is beyond garbage. However, i believe its same as this week....

FFS was sitting here rather hopeful there would be a change tomorrow, oh well best to get bad news early I guess.

But it's a long season & we should rest (within reason) whenever we can. That said I think SP will go with his strongest team & take Daryl & perhaps Blake off if we get a good lead.
