Well normally SL sides help out Championship / League 1 sides by loaning players when they get a lot of injuries, but it looks the other way round with the Reserves game against Saints. We fielded 3 Rochdale players, one from NW Crusaders and 1 ex Wigan Academy ( I think). Add to that 6 players who didn't manage to get into the SL squad and 6 U19's and it is perhaps not surprising we got a thrashing, as we had no players with any SL experience.

Still, well done to Saints it sounds as though they put on a very good performance on the night.
