Having read the comments about Walton adn Myler on other threads are young players equiped to deal with the limelight and pressures of the game.



Myler has been silly to make statements saying he knows nothing of the situation and Offiah is dealing.



Walton has been silly in not treating the club seriously.



Adamson seems to be a well educated level headed younger player.



Do we need to treat players as a whole rather than just playing?

Yes, I think we do .... and I don't thinkit's just us, I think it's RL in general.



How many young players get themselves into bother off the field (Tommy Lee this week, for example).



I think clubs need to, and should, take responsibility for the development of the person, not just the player.



And I don't even think this is exclsuive to young players either, although it is often them that need most support and guidance.

I argree, just educating the the younger players does not help the club in the short team, each individual needs to realise that looking after themselves during the season and especially in the offseason makes them better proffessionals and allows them to perform at the highest level easier.
