I heard the deal was finally agreed yesterday afternoon. Apparently he's a 6ft 5" winger with bags of pace. Although i'm told the fans will need to be patient as he will need to do lots of work on his defence, handling skills and positional play . . . . . its Usain somebody????
On a serious note I did hear that the new assistant coach position was decided on Friday and will be announced soon! |

We don't need him. We need maybe another hooker (depending on where we play Matty Smith), maybe another winger (depening on how we use Gibson) and maybe another prop (depending on whether we keep Neal and how our other forwards shape up over the off season). |

Clarke has been given an new deal at Warrington IIRC. I think we could play Holdsworth 6, Ratchford 7 and Matty Smith at 9, with Leo Latu on the bench. Gareth Owen as cover. That way we accommodate everyone.

So we don't need Martin Gleeson  ,What are you saying ! - with the Paucity of quality, experienced English Centres in the game. he's only 30 and Keith Senior is still going strong at Leeds at 34.
However for shear column inches Big Les or the Pretty ' come dancing ' Boy from the Valleys would get us noticed. but give me Gleeson M everytime . I'm salivating over our potential back line for next season if this is true. |

Littler was always good for winding opposition up , his running feud with Keith Senior went on for a good 5 years
Gleeson id have in a heartbeat probably the 2nd best centre in the competion behind Yeaman |
