If you want......there's also the full range of views shown within the Catholic Church. My wife works at a Catholic school which holds an LGBT week every year to celebrate diversity attended and supported by local priests and nuns.

As with all religion, it is down to interpretation of words supposedly thousands of years old. Imagine when the monks realise it was celebrate not celibate and the Americans start arming bears, could be fun!
