| Does anybody know if the RFL or the clubs have come up with any incentives to sell more tickets for the playoffs?
Last season the early rounds were poorly attended.
I noticed on here it said all kids were £5...

| They will be doing the usual RFL family tickets and the first x number of kids get it for a fiver and the like. Make the play offs an attractive competition and it sells itself as far as I'm concerned, but that's another argument for another day...

| I'll tell you what Hull FC are doing. They have invited two under 8 sides to play a curtain raiser on the KC pitch. For the privilege though, Hull FC have told the two junior clubs that all of the players will have to pay the admission price to get into the ground! There are also no discounted tickets for parents.
Has anybody ever encountered this at any other Super League Club?

I think the key word here is "invited".
If I invite you to dinner, would you be expected to foot the entire bill? Poor move by Hull, that will cost them more in bad PR than the cost of these tickets.

Can't say I'm surprised after the farce with their ticket pricing.

Huge debate about this earlier in the year when Wigan went to Hull FC, stinks to be honest, but a few of their fans tried to justify the ticket price structure on here.
As for charging youngsters who are in the curtain raiser...dear me.

Seriously? That is just pathetic and a slap in the face to junior rugby.

I hope they are both local sides, otherwise they'll charge the none local kids more to get in.
Sad carry on that with juniors.
