When Bailey is held down he is not looking at the tacklers, he has no idea who is holding him or where their heads are. He is doing what every player does in every game, trying to milk the tackle. Radford is not looking at Bailey & has no idea what Bailey is doing, therefore assumes deliberate elbows to the head. Yellow card at the most to Radford.

Not sure he knows much about the rules full stop.

Radford was defensless when Ryan Bailey decided to elbow him on the head, a move, that is actually outlawed by the nevada state commission, the "12 - 6 elbow"

If this had been in nevada, Ryan Bailey would have been banned for life.

At least Radford, stuck to the nevada state commission by punching him on the floor to the side of the head multiple times.

Why? Radford was looking for the KO or a TKO should the ref stop it due to the punishment that Bailey was receiving. Im surprised he let it go on so long. Bailey didnt know where he was after the first punch connected. Poor show from the Ref imo

Radford was already fouling Bailey when he got elbowed, had he just let Bailey play the ball he would have recieved no elbows and Hull would have won the game and finished fourth. Instead the morons think he's a hero for hitting a man on all fours (and being so poor at that he failed to knock him out), the Hull fans certainly have the club Captain they deserve.
