I think the selectors are worried about Soward's defence for Origin and Sutton played in the City-Country game but then got injured and wasn't expected to be fit.
I think Campese deserved his chance and i hpoe they stick with him for the rest of the series, it's Wallace they need rid of.

I still think Hindmarsh should be in the squad, he's still good and maybe the blues need some experience and leadership in the forwards, i think he has something like 16 origin appearances. It was quality when he chased down Gidley after a break from the Knights.

Peter Wallace can not get picked for Origin II surely. He was bad enough in the first game and then even worse against the Storm. He looks okay in a Broncos team at the side of Lockyer but who wouldn't.
Jarrod Mullen has been playing well but what about Matt Orford he's playing well and would bring some much needed experience to the Blues. What have the selectors got against him? whatever it is needs sorting out or whoever it is needs sacking because if they stick with Wallace it will be 3-0 Queensland.
Jamie Lyon and Luke Lewis both got injured this weekend, dont know how long they're gonna be out but hopefully Lyon misses game II and they bring Josh Morris in.

Jarrod Mullen has not done himself any favours tonight against the warriors, hes been terrible IMO!

Neither has Peter Wallace against the Dogs and Wallace has been crap for alot of the season and doesn't deserve a place in the Origin team. I think Matt Orford has been playing better than any other NSW 7 but the selectors wont pick him no matter how good he plays so Jarrod Mullen will get in with Campese IMO. Apart from the last 2 games he's been great and they've got to go with him cos with Wallace they will definately get beat.
The Knights were never gonna win away in NZ without Kurt Gidley.

Mullen had the worst game i've ever seen him play. Possible a result of hearing he was a strong candidate to replace Campo for NSW. Seemed to happen to McManus the night the Origin team was named.

Still think Campo will need a blinder tomorrow to keep his spot.

Trent Barrett is now on the radar with Mullen having a shocker and also injured his shoulder. The Sharks play the Raiders so Campo and Barrett will go head to head and i hope Campo blows Barrett and the Sharks away. If Campo gets dropped and Wallace keeps his place i hope Queensland hammer them cos it's a joke, how Wallace keeps his place and doesn't come under fire and he was alot worse than Campese.

Mullen got a shoulder injury in that shocker he had against the Warriors and if Barrett has a big game against the Raiders the press are saying it will be him and Wallace.
What is it with Wallace that the selectors like so much for him to keep his place? He was worse than Campese in Origin and has been even worse for the Broncos, he drops the ball, misses plenty of tackles, has a poor kicking game, throws too many passes that aren't on causing errors, if Lockyer doesn't play the Broncos look clueless with Wallace the go to man and if Lockyer doesn't play well the Broncos dont win. Infact when do you see him play and think he looks a rep player cos i never do.
Campese on the other hand it was his Origin debut and he didn't go too bad like the press make out and for the Raiders to win he has to play well if he plays well they usually win.
