When I lived in Warrimoo (FAO ''Dally Messenger'' this is in the Blue Mountains, try looking them up on Google next time you pretend to come from Sydney

) I was a frequent visitor to Penrith, its a top place.

See I live about five minutes from Blacktown (Just for Dally Messenger, this is a place in Sydney about 3/4th the way inland from the coast) and it takes me about 20-30 minutes to get to Penrith.

Its not bad, you have to remember that many of these stupid Poms live in high density housing, street after street of terrace houses, and so when they have a dig at somewhere like Penrith they really have no clue as too the Nepean River or how the Blue Mountains dominate the landscape of the area.

Its like when you get an idiot like JB trying to use the fact that the Panthers are backed by the biggest group of licensed clubs in the southern hemisphere like its a bad thing!

Right now I have the dubious distinction of living in Dollis Hill (NW2 a none too special area of London but at least its reasonably cheap and there is a big antip population in the area so at least I don't have to talk to or associate with many poms outside of work

I'm always amazed by the way poms seem to accept that places like this are a good way to live. Before coming to London I honestly thought places like this didn't exist!

We simply don't have places like Dollis Hill, Willesden or Acton in Sydney.

Actually the British pound has fallen in value a lot in the last 12 months in comparison to the Australian dollar.

And, as someone that has seen the cost of living in the UK, let me tell you that Australians have a much lower cost of living and when you couple that with a better quality of living.....yeah....poor us!

To be fair Sydney is meant to be one of the best value for money places to live in the world.
But still, i'd rather live in the UK, then I can come over and buy half your crimfested city Bruce Wayne style.
