Hardly and frankly I'm not sure what threads you've been reading on our board but I doubt you'll find that many folks suggesting we'll finish top.

What a load of 5h1t. There's a 13 page thread on there atm entitled "SACK AGAR NOW" for a start.
If we come 4th that will have been a great season and I would be over the moon.

| Yes,,Leeds will be thereabouts....It*s early in the season and we all know how Leeds seem to kick on later in the season..But @ the mo it*s one of the best Superleagues ever,.Getting increasing harder to predict.I for one would like the grand final to be between 2 teams that are new to going there...and we have been saying for some time now that it was getting easy to say who was going to OT and was getting a bit boring....so let*s enjoy and keep guessing....

| Of course they'll be there.
Its is more competitive this year but still not as competitive for Leeds to miss out.

I certainly would.
How can you say based on performances so far, Leeds would be 2nd?

Based on the only game they've seemed up for, the WCC, when they stood toe to toe with the worlds best for most of it. And (unfortunately) they will find their feet soon enough

| Many teams will crash at Huddersfield, and they played Wakey when they were flying.
Cas was a poor result, but these things happen.
Leeds have shown enough to say they'll be there or thereabouts come the seasons end.
Wigan, Wire, Hull, Hudds etc might all be going well, but let's not forget that Saints and Leeds know what it is to still be punching come September / October. More than one of these sides will have faded away well before then.
Both Saints and Leeds will still be well in the mix in the latter stages of the play offs, if not the final.

| Leeds will finish 1st imo
At Wire we've rested some players already and plenty of players out on loan to call on if need be.
I'm really happy with what I've seen thus far

| Leeds come here to Wigan in two weeks time, Live on Sky. Assuming both sides win next week (and I can't remember an easy visit to Castleford for us so not counting any chickens), that'll be a massive pressure game for Leeds. They'll have a big point to prove (they would go into the match having not having beaten a top 8 side yet) and perhaps couldn't afford to fall 6 points behind Wigan, even after only 8 matches?
Wigan v Leeds clashes have been superb in recent years, but Wigan have always risen as the underdog. It'll be a bit weird the other way round. But next week to get past first.
As for the original poster's question, they'll finish top 4, absolutely no doubt.

| In no particular order I reckon Wigan, Warrington, Huddersfield for top 3 then Hull Leeds Saints to fight for the 4th spot.

Wigan proved against the Dulls they aren't that great. A few injuries and they would lose. Same with Warrington, really lucky to beat Cas and lost at home to Wigan.
Those teams can't keep up the form and intensity all season. It's not possible. They will both go through a rough phase and spelling themselves through a SL season is something neither side have any experience of. Leeds are tried and tested and will peak at the right time. Warrington and Wigan have potentially played the best rugby of their seasons in February and March.

Just get that feeling that Wigan and Warrington are better prepared mentally and physically this season and will win more games than previous. Huddersfield with Danny Brough in the team look very strong have strength in depth and have learned a lot from last season.
Leeds don,t look fresh and maybe the efforts of the last 3 years are telling on them, similarly with Saints they are hitting there usual injury crisis in the 1st third of the season. Hull have the potential but there mentality may be in question.

| Don't worry about Leeds they'll be back to their normal best come the end of the season. It's just whether Wigan or Warrington are good enough to beat them come the end of the season.

| It doesn't matter if Leeds finish in the top 4 - as long as they make the play offs with a full squad they are capable of beating anyone, anywhere

Not convinced tbh. They suddenly would go into semi final football away from home, and that wouldn't hold the same fear for Wigan, Warrington, Saints or Hudds for example if they made the top 4. Of course they are good enough to do it, but I think they would find it very difficult.

| Leeds are only 2 points off 4 place at the moment - so i don't think they can be written off just yet.
if Saints get everyone fit and manage to get through a game with 17 players we will be up there
Wigan and Warrington wont IMO be able to match their current intensity throughout the year, especially if they both go on a long cup run, but will be in the top 5 along with Huddersfield.

Once the season settles down the cream will rise to the top. Just like a good pint.
Mmmmm if off to the pub.

| Quote ="Judder Man"Looking at some of the superleague fixtures for the next 3 months, just noticed that Leeds have a very tough fixture program after next week. Given that they were given some "comfortable" games leading up to the WCC and straight after, it seems they will be under more pressure to try and climb up the league, I can see them losing quite a few games over this tough period.
Do you think they will miss out on the top 4 this season.'"
Leeds will finish in the top with ease.
