What blinkers? I didn't mention J. Tomkins at all. Sounds like you are suggesting tackling a player off the ball is not cheating (it is btw).

But since you've brought up J. Tomkins, yes that was silly and reckless and I wouldn't have complained had he bee banned for it; however the disciplinary panel deemed a warning was sufficient. Just like they did for senir when he kicked J. Tomkins in the face in the CC; something most people on here have forgotten.

As for 'the other weasel' well, where to start? The fact you have briers who goes down like a sack of spuds every time he thinks there's a penalty in the offing, or the fact that clamping isn't illegal? Or that the leeds players should have moved away regardless (they make no attempt to)? Or that they shouldn't have put their hand in, in the first place. Oh and I doubt any one noticed but KR did exactly the same thing to Wigan players at least twice tonight, the difference being the Wigan players got up and pulled away.

What if Carmont had been injured during that tackle? What Danny did was cheating, he has paid for his error of jugement along with the rest of his team because his injury disadvantages Leeds much more than the advantage of a week off.

Clarke has been ridiculous for some time. I would have expected someone at Sky to take him to one side and say

'Look Phil, you're a decent bloke with a distinguished career, but you the bias, nonsense statistics and the very strange inflection in your voice makes you look and sound like a complete {.................} (use drop down menu for your own choice of words)

He isn't biased. Wigan fans not so long ago were moaning about his praise for Saints and Leeds and Warrington and Hull and KR and Bradfert and Catalans and Cas and Salford and especially Sean Long, even Wakey and Hudd, he will always try to find the positive. As regards the penalty try, he was right, as he so often is. The laugh about this subject is how many posters are now trying to say that Stevo and hairdye talk sense.
