given that both us and quins are out of the cup, surely the coming weekend would have been an oppotune time to reschedual our missed match?

Or more likely, Bradford would rather reschedule it for a later round when Morrison is likely to be back.

I heard that it's being rescheduled for the weekend of the CC final to cash-in on passing RL trade. For selfish reasons I would have rather played it sooner though rather than playing most of the season with that game in hand

i hope it isn't. i'm quite sure a lot of fans from both clubs will be wanting to go to the cup final.

Well I'd assume that if that was the plan, they'd play it on different days!!

I did hear something about a double header, along with London Skolars v Keighley, on the Friday night before the Cup Final.

If that's the case, they'll be hoping to attract fans going down for the Cup Final to go to this, although I think the number of Quins/Bradford fans will be lower than it would if they did it on a normal weekend. (I for one wouldn't be going if they have it on a Friday night).

Harlequins RU have a semi-final at the stoop on saturday, so I guess that's why it's not being played this weekend. No doubt it will be played on the quarter-final weekend.

I hope they don't put it on the same weekend as the Challenge cup, we go down for the day and i guess booking a hotel this late would be difficult.

All indications are that the quins match will be played on the friday night before the Challenge Cup final.

That is my understanding of the situation. It`s not been announced yet, just a matter of dotting a couple of Is and crossing the odd T..............

Which to me is a clear message that they want to try and cash in on the "neutral" fans going to the final and aren't so bothered about making it easy for the Bulls fans. Fair enough, I won't be going if they do that. If they have it on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon as they usually do (and not the Cup Final weekend), I'll go.

The Challenge Cup is obviously a Mickey Mouse competition as is the League. Although the latter is gaining a bit of credibility now we have won some matches

If it is, that would be bl00dy stupid. I would be furious. So anyone travelling down on the Sat morn (most people) wouldn't be able to go.

We have all the free cup weekends, it should be one of those.

Spot on. I hope the club are putting their foot down and arranging it at a time that is suitable for our fans to travel - which definitely isn't a Friday night.
