| Now this isn't me having a pop at LMS, I think he's had some very, very good performances for us this year.
But, where's the aggression he showed in buckets when at Quins? He was always in the thick of it, throwing his weight around and more than the odd fist.
I was hoping in LMS and Perry we'd have a couple of props who would be looking to dominate and intimidate. Hasn't really worked out like that and the only real aggression in our pack is coming from Wilkin and Soliola, back rowers not props.
I'd love to see them both come out all guns blazing at Wire, we certainly need them to.

| If the whole pack did it would help. I just think it's a coaching/culture thing. Teams like Warrington, Wigan and Huddersfield at the moment and Leeds in the past, seem hell bent on hurting their opposition. They play so aggressively all the time, everything is done with authority, whether it's a tackle or the wrestle on the floor, everything is just ramped up. We just don't seem to have that idea on our list, we just don't do it. We tackle okay but there is none of the 'get into em' mentality those clubs have. IMO it's no surprise they are where they are in the league. Catalans are another traditionally aggressive side.
I think we have enough of the right players to do it, just seems we're rather polite and sporting. We conceed so few penalties that it's got to be a conscious decison from Simmons.

| There does seem to be a culture of aggression in the forwards at Wigan - you can see it extremely clearly if you ever watch the reserve/youth teams play each other - they tend to have big props playing with the scent of blood, whereas we have mobile back rowers and "handling" forwards.
We need to get someone with some aggression on board to work with our forwards - I can picture Shaun Wane ramping up the Wigan props before a game - who is doing that for us?
Desperate to see us try to hurt the Wire pack on Friday because you can be darn sure they'll be out to dominate us.

| Nothing wrong with the Louis plays, he wears his heart on his sleeve and never gives less than 100%, some of the aggression in the Wigan players I have heard Saints fans complain about when their players are on the receiving hard, you can tackle hard without some of the Aggression you see with both some Leeds and Wigan players.
You lost fair and square on Friday, now it seems to be find every fault possible in players, instead of getting behind them for the Warrington game.
