i think we did in the CC if i remember correctly, bonuses are included in the cap, so have been almost wiped out from contracts as a result

Drop the ball? surely this would result in a scrum down for a knock on?

That does sound strange, but if I remember the ball can be dropped (in a controlled manner) and played with the heel on the half volley ( a drop kick with the heel)

It probably says it should be played with the foot but nobody does that these days either.

Does it say the players can just lie on the tackle until the ref shouts move? Or does it sayu they should roll away as soon as the tackle is complete?

In reality I'd say only about 50% of the rules are actually enforced

And when more are enforced, people complain that the referee is hogging the limelight too much and has ruined the game.
