used to be conditioner at Saints during the Millward era, not sure of the exact dates. Was around at the time of the famous Mike Sutherland, as mentioned in Longys book!!!

There aren't many people on here who have that kind of knowledge. I don't think we've ever had a problem with conditioning (Superb since Hughes IMO).

Well then he can't be half bad! Think a change is what we needed and it probably helps that this guy has experience in both SL and other sports.

Wasn't he a milkman form Haydock?

He's a sound bloke and was a popular member of the backroom staff.

Has spent time at Wakefield since he left Sts.

Always lets on when I see him in Yorkshire

Was at Wakey the first season we got into the play offs,made an incredible impact fitness wise,even if we were behind at half time the guys were that fit that that you still expected a comeback and to win the game!!!Unfortunately word has it that he can be a bit of a s**t stirrer!!
