About what? St Helens Council funding the building of our stadium? No, he isn't. He is entirely incorrect. They did not fund any part of our stadium. About the Billinge tax payers funding our stadium, as you apparently asserted? No, he isn't. He is entirely incorrect and so were you. The money used to cleanse the site and provide infrastructure was taken out of the capital budget, not the revenue budget, therefore Council tax was not touched.

It is still not what I understand, perhaps all the true facts & documents need to be clearly made public, that is If St Helens Town FC are not going to be allowed to use the Stadium, and I am not being pedantic, a stadium should be used as much as possible! school finals, amateur finals, that is why Widnes Owner and Halton Council are going for the plastic pitch which I am sure a lot of other clubs will study!

I accept St Helens RLFC must always have first call if it is a Super League or Cup match!
