Wheeler has looked like he played there all his life and I'm sure gidley will look after 1 of them.

We need gilmour in 2nd row as our pack lacks depth.

But anyway, I can appreciate what you are saying. I am more confident of Wheeler than of Eastmond defensively but I don't see how we have much choice? Surely we need to keep as many players in their usual spots as is possible otherwise it will just be chaos and our defense will go to pot again (not that it has really been out of the pot for weeks now). IMO we just have to take the risk. Maybe put Eastmond with Gidley and Wheeler with Gilmour, Tony P in prop mode (which is one of the roles he was recruited to anyway) with Graham, Faz and Ashurst. With Wilkin back, assuming he is back, shouldn't all our bases be covered? I lose track of everyone when they get shunted around.

I think brynn is injured, so imo prop is a bigger worry than centre/wing

I don't think we will have a big problem getting cover for the wings.

It's a very important game on Friday because I think the players maybe owe the fans a good performance in the league.

I think this is one Leon Pryce has to hold his hand up and play on the wing with Eastmond in the halves. We can't take the risk of Eastmond on the wing he would get peppered in the air for sure.

He's so big has been covering in 2nd row, put tends to run out wide when he attacks, as he is a natural centre

We're the most versatile team in the comp and have been for years i'd give Gilmour and Wheeler the wing spots for this one.

Pryce aint playing on the wing. I can assure you of that. I'd go with Lomax and Wheeler. Both are perfectly capable of doing a job on the wing. More than a job, in fact.

Aslong as you have someone that can catch the ball and run 5 yards on Gidleys wing, then you'll be fine there.

Wheeler for me would be wasted on the wing though.

I would rather Gilmour play there outside Wheeler.

To be truthful though i expect Meli will play on one of the wings.

With the other wing covered by someone like Eastmond

Depending on the injuries to the forwards, maybe give Flannery a whirl in the centre, leave gilmour in the pack, where he is better suited and put Wheeler on one wing. Not sure about the other side though.

I'd personally put Tony P on one wing and Maurie on the other, see how they deal with that.

Sounds good, never thought of that one! Also they won't know what's hit 'em when we bring Wheeler and Eastmond on as our rotating props.
