My immediate thoughts on reading the article were that he managed to comtinue playing on for 3/4 of the match without any problems.

Failing that its impossible to prove which tackle (if any) caused the injury and the press release is borderline libelous IMHO

I think if they were going to make use of the situation, they would have had a press release before they decided the ban.

It sounds to me like his shoulder is too injured to play/or risk him, and they wanted to make very clear it was the chicken wing incident that caused the injury.

Which 2 teams will Leeds lose to for that to happen?

The difference is in Sinfields case they were proven right before the event and ih Grhamas case they apparnetly got it wrong

I doubt it. Graham was involved in 23 Carries (which resulted in a tackle) and 24 tackles completed and could have sustained the injury in a number of these.

For feck's sake.

The medic has reported that the rotator cuff injury is a direct result of the chicken wing tackle.

That's all the proof you would need if the injury had taken place to one of your players.

either Leeds or Saints only need to lose one game not to make the GF - the semi final.

however, for Saints and Wigan to be in the final together, Leeds would have to choose to play Wigan. I suspect Leeds would choose Hull KR or Huddersfield over Wigan.
