A National Anti-Doping Panel has imposed a four-year suspension on University of Gloucestershire All Golds player Daniel Spencer-Tonks  after he was found to be in breach of the RFL’s anti-doping regulations. Spencer-Tonks, 20, tested positive for metabolites of the exogenous anabolic androgenic steroid stanozolol following an out-of-competition test on February 17 2015. 
The suspension runs from February 17 2015 until February 16 2019.

What a waste. This lad had played RU for England at U16's I believe.
WADA recently said the biggest drugs problem is youngsters in both codes of rugby who turn yo drugs in the hope of tipping the balance and getting a pro contract. The ongoing obsession with size in both codes is coming at some cost.
Edited to say I see the NRL has just announced a reduction to 8 interchanges and it is thought the UK will do similar. A good first step at reducing the obsession with size.
