Would expect Moon & Ward to drop out for us.

Ward was poor last week while Achurch had a good spell, no point risking Moon when we have plenty of cover.

You'll only really need one tactic: get Burrow to run at Masoe. Burrow will score every time! Masoe is getting better and better going forward but he's so big that Burrow could run to Bradford and back for a curry before he made it to the tackle.

Real dilemma here. If moon is fit then how do you drop BJB? He's played really well, not a lot ore you could ask of a winger.

You couldn't ask for much more, but you couldn't ask for much more of Briscoe either and he's the more dangerous winger imo.

We *could* use the early season to experiment with formations and ways of using the bench. The amount of minutes Peacock, Delaney and Ablett get through (and that the coach wants them to get through) gives us the chance to maybe play BJB on the bench and bring him on at fullback with Hardaker moving to 6 and Sinfield to 13 in a St.Hilaire/Harris/Powell way. Even if that might not be the best use of resources it could still be a positive to have a reserve back on the bench in a game like the Huddersfield one when we're not even using all our forwards.

But with Burrow on the bench as well we would be playing with 2 backs on the bench which I doubt we will do.

What's the dilemma? Hall may well have got three tries last week, but Briscoe has started the season far better than him, and BJB last two performances have been better than both (despite not as good a player IMO). Therefore you drop Hall.

KALLUM WATKINS: 4 Tries, 6 Appearances

ZAK HARDAKER: 4 Tries, 6 Appearances

JOEL MOON: 2 Tries, 5 Appearances

Given he is both recovering from an injury, and our least prolific outside back, I'd say drop Moon.

Hall is the best winger at the club and his form has returned. Briscoe started like a house on fire (outside Watkins) but in his last outing (outside Moon, Ablett and Ward) was poor. He's still the second best winger at the club. BJB has been excellent in his two games outside Watkins, He's still the third best winger at the club.

For me the decision is easy and it's simply do I select BJB at left centre ahead of Moon, if Moon's fit, or do i leave BJB out.

Does it matter who gets left out???

I really think we missed the chance to see BJB or Briscoe at centre last Friday. If our coach wants to keep Ablett in the pack then it was obvious (IMO) to look at the option of one of those two in that position. You don't want to move Hardaker to centre (although I have a horrible feeling we will see that happen this week) and we have two centres who are at some point going to pick up knocks or need a rest. Ward was just a dumb idea (sorry Brian, but it was).

Stains fans already making excuses for the match. Reading some of their posts you would think they are down at the botom of the league rather than top. What a positive bunch they are!

they have a point though.dont think there would be such an air of positvity going into this game around these parts if we had the likes of Sinfield,Watkins,JP,Kylie,Burrow and a couple more front line players missing,which is equivalant to Saints losses this week.

I will take the win if it comes now, as it should.But as I stated elsewhere,would much prefer both teams to be full strength.

In your opinion, on both counts.

If Moon isn't fully fit then he should miss out with either Bjb or Briscoe at LC imo.
If Moon plays then again imo Bjb misses out.

at a similar last year we played Saints away. I remember Moon and Hall combining nicely for a lovely score.

Really cannot say. I know, I hate it when people do this also but...

Bigger shock than Bailey put it that way. That is all.

Sinfield?

I would have said Delaney, considering his behaviour with Bailey, and perhaps eventually been taken to task on it, in view of Baileys disciplinary. But considering he is in the squad for Saints, I don't think thats the case.

I'm hearing 'behaviour' alot without any useful examples of context.

Surely our trepidation is valid, though.
Aside from Saints, Leeds have made the strongest start.
All of a sudden we're missing our scrum half (most influential player and major signing), our back up scrum half, our three first choice prop forwards, a starting second row and at least one of our centres.

We're all hopeful, but are treating any victory as a massive bonus.

That wouldn't be much of a shock. He was dual-regged with them last season and he's no better now.
