Looks like our friends in Aus see his potential and un happy to see him go. Watching the You tube clip he looks a raw talent and a signing who could turn out to be a real find. Learning off peacock, Luluai and Mc Dermott next year should improve him. Looks to have size aggression, handing skills and good go forward. Something we are a little short of in our pack...................looking forward to see him develope I think we might have a good one here and looks abetter propect than average Joes, Hurakai, clarkson and Kirk. Well done the sleeve 
Does this mean the end of the Scott Taylor rumour ? I hope not, and are we expecting Amor to go to Wakey ?
I have heard a rumour that Viv Nicholson (Hull FC) are also interested in Amor, I wonder if we can use him as bargaining power to bring in Tom Briscoe ?

I hope you're right about Achurch. GH and BMcD obviously see a lot of potential. The assumption is he will play in the back-row. Therefore there's still a place for Taylor as a prop. I understand FC feel he is coming to us. Also if GH has a clearout some current forwards will leave. The decision on Amor has been left to him so I don't know how he could be used to get Tom Briscoe. I know there's a rumour that Briscoe is coming to us but he's contracted to FC for 2013 and then I think he will go to NRL. Have you heard anything different? |

You should either praise him to the hilt because he's an Aussie & GH has signed him, or condemn him because he's now aged 24, injury prone, never hacked it in the NRL & therefore is another Ben Cross.

| actually,having time to reflect on this signing the more sense i can see in it.
cant imagine him being on more than a mid range contract,so not taking too much cap space.4 years seems long for an unproven player but if he does stay injury free and rips it up first season he will be tied down so keeps the vultures away.
If not,we ship him off to Cas or Wakey in 2nd season...win win  |

I thought the arrangement taking Amour to Wakey was that it was a loan and they had the option of taking over his contract if Leeds decided they didn't want him but this had a decision deadline of July. Plus I've heard some rhino fans fans who believe Wakey have already paid a fee for him which we would have to return if we take the decision to keep him. As far as some of them are concerned him going to Wake is a done deal.

From the edited vid he looks to have pace, good hands and lines of running and the ability to bust tackles. Spotting little known talent was, and is, an important part of recruitment and at 24 he could prove to be a good and I guess an inexpensive signing. He could be a useful utility at centre/wing or back row.
